1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal or by emailing support@inovageo.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
2. How billing works
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in USD via Stripe.
- Each cycle includes a world allowance that resets and does not roll over.
- There are no credit purchases or stored balances to refund.
3. Refunds
Because worlds and assets are generated on demand and delivered digitally:
- Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the cycle has started, but you keep access until period end.
- Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months, at our discretion, less any month already in use.
- If a charge was clearly made in error (for example a duplicate charge), we will refund it in full.
- Allowance already used in a cycle is not refundable.
4. If a generation fails
If the studio fails to produce an asset due to a fault on our side, regenerate it at no additional allowance cost, or contact support and we will make it right — a re-generation is offered before any refund.
5. Statutory rights
By starting to use the studio during any statutory cancellation period for digital services, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and the cancellation right may no longer apply once the service has been used. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
6. Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first at support@inovageo.shop before raising a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved quickly by email. Disputes and refunds are handled through Stripe.
